Wireless Campus - NWRC “Mobile and wireless technology enables a fundamental shift in the way in which organisations and indeed educational institutions function. The flexibility
for staff and students will significantly enhance the teaching
and learning experience and contribute to a positive ethos within
education.” The NWRC is a "Centre of Excellence" in software engineering. The NWRC aspect of the project will focus on the creation of an educational precinct in the Strand Road area of the City, which will involve the provision of a wireless network covering areas of the NWRC campus. It will also see the creation of enhanced teaching and learning environments at the Institute. |
